Strawberries for weight loss

You can eat a large bowl of strawberries for under 100 kcal. They work well with Greek yoghurt or skyr as a high protein, low calorie dessert or snack.

Strawberries and cream

The cream is where the calories are. Two tablespoons of single cream add about 55 kcal and double cream about 135. A tablespoon of 0% Greek yoghurt adds only about 10.
